“Indeed, you have said in my hearing ¹  (I heard the sound of the words!):

“Indeed, God does all these things, twice, three times, in his dealings ²  with a person,

Indeed, in truth, God does not act wickedly, and the Almighty does not pervert justice.

Indeed, God is exalted in his power; who is a teacher ¹  like him?

Indeed, ¹  you are my lamp, Lord. ²  My God ³  illuminates the darkness around me. ⁴ 

Indeed, ¹  who is God besides the Lord? Who is a protector ²  besides our God? ³ 

Indeed, ¹  you are ²  my shelter, a strong tower that protects me from the enemy. ³ 

because of your anger and raging fury. Indeed, ¹  you pick me up and throw me away.

All the nations surrounded me. ¹  Indeed, in the name of the Lord ²  I pushed them away. ³ 

Take away the insults that I dread! ¹  Indeed, ²  your regulations are good.

The Lord did indeed accomplish great things for us. We were happy.

Yes indeed, the man who fears the Lord will be blessed in this way. ¹ 

Indeed, ¹  the Lord has chosen Jacob for himself, Israel to be his special possession. ² 

indeed, if ¹  you call out for ²  discernment ³  – raise your voice ⁴  for understanding –

Indeed, she lies in wait like a robber, ¹  and increases the unfaithful ²  among men. ³ 

Indeed, all the tables are covered with vomit; no place is untouched. ¹ 

Indeed, they will hear meaningless gibberish, senseless babbling, a syllable here, a syllable there. ¹ 

Indeed, the Lord’s shout will shatter Assyria; ¹  he will beat them with a club.

The Lord is exalted, ¹  indeed, ²  he lives in heaven; ³  he fills Zion with justice and fairness.

“Indeed, ¹  my plans ²  are not like ³  your plans, and my deeds ⁴  are not like ⁵  your deeds,
