Even now my witness ¹  is in heaven; my advocate ²  is on high.

Can anyone teach ¹  God knowledge, since ²  he judges those that are on high? ³ 

Is it at your command ¹  that the eagle soars, and builds its nest on high?

You sold ¹  your people for a pittance; ²  you did not ask a high price for them. ³ 

I thought, ¹  ‘You are gods; all of you are sons of the Most High.’ ² 

The godly ¹  grow like a palm tree; they grow high like a cedar in Lebanon. ² 

The wild goats live in the high mountains; ¹  the rock badgers find safety in the cliffs.

Who can compare to the Lord our God, who sits on a high throne? ¹ 

The one who loves a quarrel loves transgression; ¹  whoever builds his gate high seeks destruction. ² 

“Look, my servant will succeed! ¹  He will be elevated, lifted high, and greatly exalted ²  –

On every high, elevated hill you prepare your bed; you go up there to offer sacrifices.

“Judgment will come on the cities on the high plain: ¹  on Holon, Jahzah, and Mephaath,

to deprive a person ¹  of his rights ²  in the presence of the Most High,

It ¹  could have been sold at a high price and the money ²  given to the poor!”

Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, “Why do we still need witnesses?

Then ¹  one of them ²  struck the high priest’s slave, ³  cutting off his right ear.

While this was happening, ¹  the high priest questioned Jesus about his disciples and about his teaching. ² 

Then Annas sent him, still tied up, ¹  to Caiaphas the high priest. ² 

None of the rest dared to join them, ¹  but the people held them in high honor. ²
