Furthermore, the Father does not judge ¹  anyone, but has assigned ²  all judgment to the Son,

The slave does not remain in the family ¹  forever, but the son remains forever. ² 

All were astounded and greatly confused, saying to one another, “What does this mean?”

Watch out, ¹  then, that what is spoken about by ²  the prophets does not happen to you:

Therefore what advantage does the Jew have, or what is the value of circumcision?

What then? If some did not believe, does their unbelief nullify the faithfulness of God?

Love does no wrong to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

Instead, does a Christian sue a Christian, ¹  and do this before unbelievers?

But be careful that this liberty of yours does not become a hindrance to the weak.

So let the one who thinks he is standing be careful that he does not fall.

This persuasion ¹  does not come from the one who calls you!

For the appeal we make ¹  does not come ²  from error or impurity or with deceit,

in hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the ages began. ¹ 

So also faith, if it does not have works, is dead being by itself.

Such ¹  wisdom does not come ²  from above but is earthly, natural, ³  demonic.

You have condemned and murdered the righteous person, although he does not resist you. ¹ 

The church ¹  in Babylon, ²  chosen together with you, ³  greets you, and so does Mark, my son.

then the master of that slave will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not foresee, and will cut him in two, ¹  and assign him a place with the unfaithful. ² 

So Jesus answered them, ¹  “I tell you the solemn truth, ²  the Son can do nothing on his own initiative, ³  but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father ⁴  does, the Son does likewise. ⁵ 

so that all people ¹  will honor the Son just as they honor the Father. The one who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.
