He satisfies the desire ¹  of his loyal followers; ²  he hears their cry for help and delivers them.

She is more precious than rubies, and none of the things ¹  you desire ²  can compare ³  with her. ⁴ 

What the righteous desire ¹  leads ²  only to good, but what the wicked hope for ³  leads ⁴  to wrath.

but ¹  worldly cares, the seductiveness of wealth, ²  and the desire for other things come in and choke the word, ³  and it produces nothing.
