He went away from them about a stone’s throw, knelt down, and prayed,

But they all shouted out together, ¹  “Take this man ²  away! Release Barabbas for us!”

Two other criminals ¹  were also led away to be executed with him.

They ¹  found that the stone had been rolled away from the tomb, ² 

Because he is a hired hand and is not concerned about the sheep, ¹  he runs away. ² 

“I have told you all these things so that you will not fall away. ¹ 

for a crowd of people ¹  followed them, ²  screaming, “Away with him!”

Then ¹  he said to me, ‘Go, because I will send you far away to the Gentiles.’”

And this is my covenant with them, ¹  when I take away their sins.” ² 

So then whether we are alive ¹  or away, we make it our ambition to please him. ² 

You must put away every kind of bitterness, anger, wrath, quarreling, and evil, slanderous talk.

Some have strayed from these and turned away to empty discussion.

For the blood of bulls and goats cannot take away sins. ¹ 

So do not throw away your confidence, because it ¹  has great reward.

But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I am going away. For if I do not go away, the Advocate ¹  will not come to you, but if I go, I will send him to you.

Then they ¹  shouted out, “Away with him! Away with him! ²  Crucify ³  him!” Pilate asked, ⁴  “Shall I crucify your king?” The high priests replied, “We have no king except Caesar!”

And if anyone takes away from the words of this book of prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life ¹  and in the holy city that are described in this book.

he said, “Go away, for the girl is not dead but asleep.” And they began making fun of him. ¹ 

As ¹  they were going away, ²  a man who could not talk and was demon-possessed was brought to him.

Now when Jesus learned of this, he went away from there. Great ¹  crowds ²  followed him, and he healed them all.
