David assembled the army that was with him. He appointed leaders of thousands and leaders of hundreds.

All the men of Israel assembled before King Solomon during the festival ¹  in the month Ethanim ²  (the seventh month).

Joshua assembled all the Israelite tribes at Shechem. He summoned Israel’s elders, rulers, judges, and leaders, and they appeared before God.
