Simeon’s assigned land was taken from Judah’s allotted portion, for Judah’s territory was too large for them; so Simeon was assigned land within Judah. ¹ 

and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, keep warm and eat well,” but you do not give them what the body needs, ¹  what good is it?

Each one also brought to the assigned location his quota of barley and straw for the various horses. ¹ 

These who are named above were the leaders of their clans. Their extended families increased greatly in numbers.

For you defended my just cause; ¹  from your throne you pronounced a just decision. ² 

I know, Lord, that your regulations ¹  are just. You disciplined me because of your faithful devotion to me. ² 

My child, ²  keep my words and treasure up my commands in your own keeping. ³
