The ¹  armies that are in heaven, dressed in white, clean, fine linen, ²  were following him on white horses.

David was wrapped in a linen robe, as were all the Levites carrying the ark, the musicians, and Kenaniah the supervisor of transport and the musicians; ¹  David also wore a linen ephod. ² 

She makes for herself coverlets; ¹  her clothing is fine linen and purple. ²

“They are to make the ephod of gold, blue, purple, scarlet, and fine twisted linen, the work of an artistic designer.

Everyone who had ¹  blue, purple, or ²  scarlet yarn, fine linen, goats’ hair, ram skins dyed red, or fine leather ³  brought them. ⁴ 

He made the special curtain of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn and fine twisted linen; he made ¹  it with cherubim, the work of an artistic designer.

He made a hanging for the entrance of the tent of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn and fine twisted linen, the work of an embroiderer,

He made the courtyard. For the south side ¹  the hangings of the courtyard were of fine twisted linen, one hundred fifty feet long,

He made the breastpiece, the work of an artistic designer, in the same fashion as the ephod, of gold, blue, purple, and scarlet, and fine twisted linen.

The sash was of fine twisted linen and blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, the work of an embroiderer, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

The Lord said to me, “Go and buy some linen shorts ¹  and put them on. ²  Do not put them in water.” ³
