A cow and a bear will graze together, their young will lie down together. ¹  A lion, like an ox, will eat straw.

I cry out ¹  until morning; like a lion he shatters all my bones; you turn day into night and end my life. ² 

“It did no good for me to punish your people. They did not respond to such correction. You slaughtered your prophets like a voracious lion.” ¹ 

The people I call my own ¹  have turned on me like a lion ²  in the forest. They have roared defiantly ³  at me. So I will treat them as though I hate them. ⁴ 

and say: “‘What a lioness was your mother among the lions! She lay among young lions; ¹  she reared her cubs.

There were six steps leading up to the throne, and the back of it was rounded on top. The throne had two armrests with a statue of a lion standing on each side. ¹
