Death and life are in the power ¹  of the tongue, ²  and those who love its use ³  will eat its fruit.

The one who tends a fig tree ¹  will eat its fruit, ²  and whoever takes care of ³  his master will be honored.

She considers ¹  a field and buys it; from her own income ²  she plants a vineyard.

Give ¹  her credit for what she has accomplished, ²  and let her works praise her ³  in the city gates. ⁴ 

Tell the innocent ¹  it will go well with them, ²  for they will be rewarded for what they have done. ³ 

They will build houses and live in them; they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.

‘Build houses and settle down. Plant gardens and eat what they produce.

The earth will become desolate ¹  because of what its inhabitants have done. ² 

The Lord your God will make the labor of your hands ¹  abundantly successful and multiply your children, ²  the offspring of your cattle, and the produce of your soil. For the Lord your God will once more ³  rejoice over you to make you prosperous ⁴  just as he rejoiced over your ancestors,

At the designated time ¹  Cain brought some of the fruit of the ground for an offering ²  to the Lord.

Then in the fifth year you may eat its fruit to add its produce to your harvest. ¹  I am the Lord your God.

I will give you your rains in their time so that ¹  the land will give its yield and the trees of the field will produce their fruit. ² 

“‘Any tithe ¹  of the land, from the grain of the land or from the fruit of the trees, belongs to the Lord; it is holy to the Lord.

Those who remain in Judah will take root in the ground and bear fruit. ¹ 

Then ¹  observers ²  will say, “Yes indeed, the godly are rewarded! ³  Yes indeed, there is a God who judges ⁴  in the earth!”

The Lord made a reliable promise to David; ¹  he will not go back on his word. ²  He said, ³  “I will place one of your descendants ⁴  on your throne.

A person will be satisfied with good from the fruit of his words, ¹  and the work of his hands ²  will be rendered to ³  him.

I designed ¹  royal gardens ²  and parks ³  for myself, and I planted all kinds of fruit trees in them.

Your shoots are a royal garden ¹  full of pomegranates with choice fruits: henna with nard,

My vineyard, ¹  which belongs to me, ²  is at my disposal alone. ³  The thousand shekels belong to you, O Solomon, and two hundred shekels belong to those who maintain it for its fruit.
