in holiness and righteousness ¹  before him for as long as we live. ² 

And all who heard Jesus ¹  were astonished ²  at his understanding and his answers.

He ¹  began to teach ²  in their synagogues ³  and was praised ⁴  by all.

Yet Jesus himself ¹  frequently withdrew ²  to the wilderness ³  and prayed.

Therefore be resolved ¹  not to rehearse ²  ahead of time how to make your defense.

And they paid close attention to him because he had amazed them for a long time with his magic.

At that time ¹  some ²  prophets ³  came down ⁴  from Jerusalem ⁵  to Antioch. ⁶ 

Contribute to the needs of the saints, pursue hospitality.

No one in military service gets entangled in matters of everyday life; otherwise he will not please ¹  the one who recruited him.

But as it is, ¹  you boast in your arrogance. All such boasting is evil.

Like obedient children, do not comply with ¹  the evil urges you used to follow in your ignorance, ²
