Furthermore, the Father does not judge ¹  anyone, but has assigned ²  all judgment to the Son,

For just as the Father has life in himself, thus he has granted the Son to have life in himself,

I testify about myself ¹  and the Father who sent me testifies about me.”

Your father Abraham was overjoyed ¹  to see my day, and he saw it and was glad.” ² 

This is why the Father loves me ¹  – because I lay down my life, ²  so that I may take it back again.

“I am the true vine ¹  and my Father is the gardener. ² 

My Father is honored ¹  by this, that ²  you bear ³  much fruit and show that you are ⁴  my disciples.

“Just as the Father has loved me, I have also loved you; remain ¹  in my love.

As you know, we treated each one of you as a father treats his own children,

Endure your suffering ¹  as discipline; ²  God is treating you as sons. For what son is there that a father does not discipline?

Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar?

And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior ¹  of the world.

so that your gift may be in secret. And your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you. ¹ 

Do ¹  not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

But if you do not forgive others, your Father will not forgive you your sins.

For the unconverted ¹  pursue these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.

And he replied, ¹  “Every plant that my heavenly Father did not plant will be uprooted.

So also my heavenly Father will do to you, if each of you does not forgive your ¹  brother ²  from your heart.”

“But as for that day and hour no one knows it – not even the angels in heaven ¹  – except the Father alone.

“But as for that day or hour no one knows it – neither the angels in heaven, nor the Son ¹  – except the Father.
