Its length was 175 feet ¹  on the north side, ²  and its width 87½ feet. ³ 

For this reason these days are known as Purim, after the name of pur.

The building that was facing the temple courtyard at the west side was 122½ feet ¹  wide; the wall of the building was 8¾ feet ²  all around, and its length 157½ feet. ³ 

The combined wingspan of these cherubim was 30 feet. ¹  They stood upright, facing inward. ² 

In front of the chambers was a walkway on the inner side, 17½ feet ¹  wide at a distance of 1¾ feet, ²  and their entrances were on the north.

Toward the end of their rule, when rebellious acts ¹  are complete, a rash ²  and deceitful ³  king will arise. ⁴ 

He turned his face to the wall and prayed to the Lord,

ס (Samek) I hate people with divided loyalties, ¹  but I love your law.

A toss of a coin ¹  ends ²  disputes, and settles the issue ³  between strong opponents. ⁴ 

Then he brought me to the gate that faced toward the east.

in beatings, in imprisonments, in riots, ¹  in troubles, ²  in sleepless nights, in hunger,

I have been on journeys many times, in dangers from rivers, in dangers from robbers, ¹  in dangers from my own countrymen, in dangers from Gentiles, in dangers in the city, in dangers in the wilderness, ²  in dangers at sea, in dangers from false brothers,

And others experienced mocking and flogging, and even chains and imprisonment.

There were closed windows toward the alcoves and toward their jambs within the gate all around, and likewise for the porches. There were windows all around the inside, and on each jamb were decorative palm trees. ¹ 

Opposite the 35 feet ¹  that belonged to the inner court, and opposite the pavement which belonged to the outer court, gallery faced gallery in the three stories.

Now when he had finished measuring the interior of the temple, he led me out by the gate which faces east and measured all around.

But ¹  they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives ²  so much that they were afraid to die.

I did this ¹  because I know how stubborn you are. Your neck muscles are like iron and your forehead like bronze. ² 

When the men got up to leave, ¹  they looked out over ²  Sodom. (Now ³  Abraham was walking with them to see them on their way.) ⁴ 

And Aaron did so; he set up the lamps to face toward the front of the lampstand, as the Lord commanded Moses.
