“Is he well?” ¹  Jacob asked. They replied, “He is well. ²  Now look, here comes his daughter Rachel with the sheep.”

Then he separated them from Jacob by a three-day journey, ¹  while ²  Jacob was taking care of the rest of Laban’s flocks.

Even though she continued to speak ¹  to Joseph day after day, he did not respond ²  to her invitation to have sex with her. ³

He said to David, “You are more innocent ¹  than I, for you have treated me well, even though I have tried to harm you!

As the war continued between the house of Saul and the house of David, Abner was becoming more influential ¹  in the house of Saul.

The king said, “Bring to me whoever speaks to you, and he won’t bother you again!”
