But when the cloud was lifted up ¹  from the tabernacle, the Israelites would set out ²  on all their journeys;

Whenever Moses would raise his hands, ¹  then Israel prevailed, but whenever he would rest ²  his hands, then Amalek prevailed.

For you will always have the poor with you, and you can do good for them whenever you want. But you will not always have me! ¹ 

but when one ¹  turns to the Lord, the veil is removed. ²

But whenever raw flesh appears in it ¹  he will be unclean,

In fact, what other great nation has a god so near to them like the Lord our God whenever we call on him?

And whenever the living creatures give glory, honor, ¹  and thanks to the one who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever,

But until this very day whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their minds, ¹ 

But when Moses went in ¹  before the Lord to speak with him, he would remove the veil until he came out. ²  Then he would come out and tell the Israelites what he had been commanded. ³ 

So whenever the spirit from God would come upon Saul, David would take his lyre and play it. This would bring relief to Saul and make him feel better. Then the evil spirit would leave him alone. ¹ 

When someone approached to bow before him, Absalom ¹  would extend his hand and embrace him and kiss him.
