Do two walk together without having met? ¹ 

They lock tightly together, one to the next; ¹  they cling together and cannot be separated.

David gathered together the descendants of Aaron and the Levites:

For ¹  look, the kings assemble; ²  they advance together.

Bunch yourselves together like straw, ¹  you undesirable ²  nation,

But when I stumbled, they rejoiced and gathered together; they gathered together to ambush me. ¹  They tore at me without stopping to rest. ² 

A cow and a bear will graze together, their young will lie down together. ¹  A lion, like an ox, will eat straw.

¹ All your leaders ran away together – they fled to a distant place; all your refugees ²  were captured together – they were captured without a single arrow being shot. ³ 

Gather together and come! Approach together, you refugees from the nations! Those who carry wooden idols know nothing, those who pray to a god that cannot deliver.

Then Moses and Aaron went and brought together all the Israelite elders. ¹ 

You must not plow with an ox and a donkey harnessed together.

You must not wear clothing made with wool and linen meshed together. ¹ 

The Ammonites assembled ¹  and camped in Gilead; the Israelites gathered together and camped in Mizpah.

So all the men of Israel gathered together at the city as allies. ¹ 

So all the elders of Israel gathered together and approached Samuel at Ramah.

Then Samuel called the people together before the Lord at Mizpah.

So Saul, his three sons, his armor bearer, and all his men died together that day.

So Saul and his three sons died; his whole household ¹  died together.

Stand in the sanctuary and, together with the Levites, represent the family divisions of your countrymen. ¹ 

There ¹  the prisoners ²  relax ³  together; ⁴  they do not hear the voice of the oppressor. ⁵
