But he had ¹  to pass through Samaria. ² 

For the law was given through Moses, but ¹  grace and truth came about through Jesus Christ.

For sin, seizing the opportunity through the commandment, deceived me and through it I died. ¹ 

through glory and dishonor, through slander and praise; regarded as impostors, ¹  and yet true;

and through him to reconcile all things to himself by making peace through the blood of his cross – through him, ¹  whether things on earth or things in heaven.

Jesus ¹  entered Jericho ²  and was passing through it.

Then they passed through ¹  Pisidia and came into Pamphylia, ² 

He passed through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening ¹  the churches.

so they passed through ¹  Mysia ²  and went down to Troas. ³ 

Now we have such confidence in God through Christ.

For since death came through a man, ¹  the resurrection of the dead also came through a man. ² 

But I will come to you after I have gone through Macedonia – for I will be going through Macedonia –

by the fresh and living way that he inaugurated for us ¹  through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, ² 

“Enter through the narrow gate, because the gate is wide and the way is spacious that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it.

Not ¹  only this, but we also rejoice ²  in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received this reconciliation.

So then, just as sin entered the world through one man and death through sin, and so death spread to all people ¹  because ²  all sinned –

Consequently, ¹  just as condemnation ²  for all people ³  came ⁴  through one transgression, ⁵  so too through the one righteous act ⁶  came righteousness leading to life ⁷  for all people.

For just as through the disobedience of the one man ¹  many ²  were made sinners, so also through the obedience of one man ³  many ⁴  will be made righteous.

so that just as sin reigned in death, so also grace will reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

For everything that was written in former times was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and through encouragement of the scriptures we may have hope.
