But ¹  he looked around to see who had done it.

and all humanity ¹  will see the salvation of God.’” ² 

Let everyone see your gentleness. ¹  The Lord is near!

when they see your pure and reverent conduct. ¹ 

Then ¹  Jesus ²  turned ³  to his ⁴  disciples and said privately, “Blessed ⁵  are the eyes that see what you see!

In a little while you ¹  will see me no longer; again after a little while, you ²  will see me.” ³ 

For I tell you the truth, ¹  many prophets and righteous people longed to see ²  what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.

Why ¹  do you see the speck ²  in your brother’s eye, but fail to see ³  the beam of wood ⁴  in your own?

For this reason I speak to them in parables: Although they see they do not see, and although they hear they do not hear nor do they understand.

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.

Jesus answered them, ¹  “Go tell John what you hear and see: ² 

“But your eyes are blessed ¹  because they see, and your ears because they hear.

When ¹  did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or naked and clothe you?

When ¹  did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’

Regaining his sight ¹  he said, “I see people, but they look like trees walking.”

So ¹  he was told, “Your mother and your brothers are standing outside, wanting to see you.”
