Just as ¹  Moses lifted up the serpent ²  in the wilderness, ³  so must the Son of Man be lifted up, ⁴ 

but if the cloud was not lifted up, then they would not journey further until the day it was lifted up. ¹ 

When all Israel’s elders had arrived, the priests lifted the ark.
