Israel cries out to me, “My God, we acknowledge you!”

A psalm of David. Acknowledge the Lord, you heavenly beings, ²  acknowledge the Lord’s majesty and power! ³ 

Then I myself will acknowledge ¹  to you that your own right hand can save you. ² 

Acknowledge the majesty of the Lord’s reputation! ¹  Worship the Lord in holy attire! ² 

so that mankind ¹  might acknowledge your mighty acts, and the majestic splendor of your kingdom.

Acknowledge ¹  him in all your ways, ²  and he will make your paths straight. ³ 

I will commit myself to you in faithfulness; then ¹  you will acknowledge ²  the Lord.” ³ 

You have destroyed ¹  my people by failing to acknowledge me! Because you refuse to acknowledge me, ²  I will reject you as my priests. Because you reject ³  the law of your God, I will reject ⁴  your descendants.

For I will proclaim the name ¹  of the Lord; you must acknowledge the greatness of our God.

Let all the people of the earth acknowledge the Lord and turn to him! ¹  Let all the nations ²  worship you! ³ 

Acknowledge God’s power, ¹  his sovereignty over Israel, and the power he reveals in the skies! ² 

When all your people Israel pray and ask for help, ¹  as they acknowledge their pain ²  and spread out their hands toward this temple,

Pour out your anger on the nations that do not acknowledge you, ¹  on the kingdoms that do not pray to you! ² 

Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us and we belong to him; ¹  we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

What he will honor is a god of fortresses – a god his fathers did not acknowledge he will honor with gold, silver, valuable stones, and treasured commodities.

Their wicked deeds do not allow them to return to their God; because a spirit of idolatry ¹  controls their heart, ²  and they do not acknowledge the Lord.

Yet it was I who led ¹  Ephraim, I took them by the arm; but they did not acknowledge that I had healed them. ² 

But I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt. Therefore, you must not acknowledge any God but me; except me there is no Savior.

So let us acknowledge him! ¹  Let us seek ²  to acknowledge ³  the Lord! He will come to our rescue as certainly as the appearance of the dawn, as certainly as the winter rain comes, as certainly as the spring rain that waters the land.”
