The waters rose more than twenty feet ¹  above the mountains. ² 

Below his roots dry up, and his branches wither above.

As I watched, I saw ¹  on the platform ²  above the top of the cherubim something like a sapphire, resembling the shape of a throne, appearing above them.

The ¹  sky ²  above your heads will be bronze and the earth beneath you iron.

when he established the clouds above, when the fountains of the deep grew strong, ¹ 

Then there was a voice from above the platform over their heads when they stood still. ¹ 

Above the platform over their heads was something like a sapphire shaped like a throne. High above on the throne was a form that appeared to be a man.
