Although he was a son, he learned obedience through the things he suffered. ¹ 

But you did not learn about Christ like this,

You, however, must continue ¹  in the things you have learned and are confident about. You know ²  who taught you ³ 

I have not learned wisdom, nor do I have knowledge ¹  of the Holy One. ² 

I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content in any circumstance.

They mixed in with the nations and learned their ways. ¹ 

She reared one of her cubs; he became a young lion. He learned to tear prey; he devoured people. ¹

And what you learned and received and heard and saw in me, do these things. And the God of peace will be with you.

You learned the gospel ¹  from Epaphras, our dear fellow slave ²  – a ³  faithful minister of Christ on our ⁴  behalf –

I have experienced times of need and times of abundance. In any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of contentment, ¹  whether I go satisfied or hungry, have plenty or nothing.

Now when Jesus ¹  knew that the Pharisees ²  had heard that he ³  was winning ⁴  and baptizing more disciples than John

Paul and Barnabas ¹  learned about it ²  and fled to the Lycaonian cities of Lystra ³  and Derbe ⁴  and the surrounding region.
