Sing praises about the majesty of his reputation! ¹  Give him the honor he deserves! ² 

It is the glory of God ¹  to conceal ²  a matter, and it is the glory of a king to search out a matter.

It is not good ¹  to eat too much honey, nor is it honorable for people to seek their own glory. ² 

Who is this majestic king? The Lord who commands armies! ¹  He is the majestic king! (Selah)

His glorious name deserves praise ¹  forevermore! May his majestic splendor ²  fill the whole earth! We agree! We agree! ³ 

There I will meet ¹  with the Israelites, and it will be set apart as holy by my glory. ² 

And Moses ¹  said, “Show me your glory.” ² 

He has stripped me of my honor and has taken the crown off my head. ¹ 

My glory ¹  will always be fresh ²  in me, and my bow ever new in my hand.’

You guide ¹  me by your wise advice, and then you will lead me to a position of honor. ² 

Tell the nations about his splendor! Tell ¹  all the nations about his amazing deeds!

I will focus on your honor and majestic splendor, and your amazing deeds! ¹ 

They will proclaim the splendor of your kingdom; they will tell about your power,

Let the godly rejoice because of their vindication! ¹  Let them shout for joy upon their beds! ² 

Long life ¹  is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor.

The wise inherit honor, but he holds fools up ¹  to public contempt. ² 

Riches and honor are with me, long-lasting wealth and righteousness.

Let them give the Lord the honor he deserves; ¹  let them praise his deeds in the coastlands. ² 

Then I said, ¹  “Lord, from the very beginning you have been seated on your glorious throne on high. You are the place where we can find refuge.

So I got up and went out to the valley, and the glory of the Lord was standing there, just like the glory I had seen by the Kebar River, ¹  and I threw myself face down.
