Then ¹  I saw three unclean spirits ²  that looked like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

as he spoke through the mouth of his holy prophets from long ago, ¹ 

plotting against ¹  him, to catch ²  him in something he might say.

But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these things defile a person.

Then ¹  they said, “Why do we need further testimony? We have heard it ourselves ²  from his own lips!” ³ 

But the things God foretold ¹  long ago through ²  all the prophets – that his Christ ³  would suffer – he has fulfilled in this way.

This is the third time I am coming to visit ¹  you. By the testimony ²  of two or three witnesses every matter will be established. ³ 

But now, put off all such things ¹  as anger, rage, malice, slander, abusive language from your mouth.

From the same mouth come blessing and cursing. These things should not be so, my brothers and sisters. ¹ 

So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I am going ¹  to vomit ²  you out of my mouth!

But he answered, ¹  “It is written, ‘Man ²  does not live ³  by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’” ⁴ 

What defiles a person is not what goes into the mouth; it is what ¹  comes out of the mouth that defiles a person.”

But if he does not listen, take one or two others with you, so that at the testimony of two or three witnesses every matter may be established. ¹ 

This one ¹  heaven must ²  receive until the time all things are restored, ³  which God declared ⁴  from times long ago ⁵  through his holy prophets.

who said by the Holy Spirit through ¹  your servant David our forefather, ²  ‘Why do the nations ³  rage, ⁴  and the peoples plot foolish ⁵  things?

You must let no unwholesome word come out of your mouth, but only what is beneficial for the building up of the one in need, ¹  that it may give grace to those who hear.

Pray ¹  for me also, that I may be given the message when I begin to speak ²  – that I may confidently make known ³  the mystery of the gospel,

and then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord ¹  will destroy by the breath of his mouth and wipe out by the manifestation of his arrival.

Therefore, ¹  repent! If not, I will come against you quickly and make war against those people ²  with the sword of my mouth.

Then ¹  the serpent spouted water like a river out of his mouth after the woman in an attempt to ²  sweep her away by a flood,
