And if it is by grace, it is no longer by works, otherwise grace would no longer be grace.

Grace be with you all. ¹ 

For we have all received from his fullness one gracious gift after another. ¹ 

The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you.

Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift! ¹ 

But he gives greater grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud, but he gives grace to the humble.” ¹ 

But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me has not been in vain. In fact, I worked harder than all of them – yet not I, but the grace of God with me.

Therefore let us confidently approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace whenever we need help. ¹ 

And Jesus increased ¹  in wisdom and in stature, and in favor with God and with people.

He won’t thank the slave because he did what he was told, ¹  will he? ² 

On the contrary, we believe that we are saved through ¹  the grace of the Lord Jesus, in the same way as they are.” ² 

But they are justified ¹  freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.

Now to the one who works, his pay is not credited due to grace but due to obligation. ¹ 

What shall we say then? Are we to remain in sin so that grace may increase?

For sin will have no mastery over you, because you are not under law but under grace.

What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Absolutely not!

So in the same way at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace.

If I partake with thankfulness, why am I blamed for the food ¹  that I give thanks for?
