If we live by the Spirit, let us also behave in accordance with ¹  the Spirit.

Indeed, the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets,

Do not extinguish the Spirit.

The Spirit himself bears witness to ¹  our spirit that we are God’s children.

to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit,

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is present, ¹  there is freedom.

(because they said, “He has an unclean spirit” ¹ ).

and those who suffered from ¹  unclean ²  spirits were cured.

And the disciples were filled with joy ¹  and with the Holy Spirit.

Now there are different gifts, but the same Spirit.

For through the Spirit, by faith, we wait expectantly for the hope of righteousness.

But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

to be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

Then ¹  Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan River ²  and was led by the Spirit ³  in ⁴  the wilderness, ⁵ 

What is born of the flesh is flesh, ¹  and what is born of the Spirit is spirit.

God is spirit, ¹  and the people who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

For those who live according to the flesh have their outlook shaped by ¹  the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit have their outlook shaped by the things of the Spirit.

For one person is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, and another the message of knowledge according to the same Spirit,

You, however, are not in ¹  the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, this person does not belong to him.

(Now he said this about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were going to receive, for the Spirit had not yet been given, ¹  because Jesus was not yet glorified.) ²
