He marks out the horizon ¹  on the surface of the waters as a boundary between light and darkness.

Their border touched Tabor, Shahazumah, and Beth Shemesh, and ended at the Jordan. They had sixteen cities and their towns.

The border will run from the sea to Hazar-enan, at the border of Damascus, and on the north is the border of Hamath. This is the north side.

“‘For your eastern border you will draw a line from Hazar Enan to Shepham.

It then extended to the slope of Ekron to the north, went toward Shikkeron, crossed to Mount Baalah, extended to Jabneel, and ended at the sea.

The border will continue to Ziphron, and its direction will be to Hazar Enan. This will be your northern border.

Their southern border started at the southern tip of the Salt Sea, ¹ 

It then turned on the north to Hannathon and ended at the Valley of Iphtah El.

It will be a day for rebuilding your walls; in that day your boundary will be extended. ¹

The border of Amorite territory ran from the Scorpion Ascent ¹  to Sela and on up. ²
