And many believed in Jesus ¹  there.

If ¹  you believed Moses, you would believe me, because he wrote about me.

Abram believed ¹  the Lord, and the Lord ²  considered his response of faith ³  as proof of genuine loyalty. ⁴ 

They believed his promises; ¹  they sang praises to him.

And blessed ¹  is she who believed that ²  what was spoken to her by ³  the Lord would be fulfilled.” ⁴ 

Crispus, the president of the synagogue, ¹  believed in the Lord together with his entire household, and many of the Corinthians who heard about it ²  believed and were baptized.

None of the rulers ¹  or the Pharisees have believed in him, have they? ² 

This became known throughout all ¹  Joppa, and many believed in the Lord. ² 

Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are the people ¹  who have not seen and yet have believed.” ² 

Then the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, came in, and he saw and believed. ¹ 

But many of those who had listened to ¹  the message ²  believed, and the number of the men ³  came to about five thousand.

Just as Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness, ¹ 

I had faith when I said, “I am severely oppressed.”

and because of his word many more ¹  believed.

While he was saying these things, many people ¹  believed in him.

All who believed were together and held ¹  everything in common,

Who would have believed ¹  what we ²  just heard? ³  When ⁴  was the Lord’s power ⁵  revealed through him?

Then when the proconsul ¹  saw what had happened, he believed, ²  because he was greatly astounded ³  at the teaching about ⁴  the Lord.

For what does the scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was credited ¹  to him as righteousness.” ² 

The ¹  hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number who believed ²  turned ³  to the Lord.
