the Lord appeared to Solomon a second time, in the same way he had appeared to him at Gibeon. ¹ 

and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.

¹ In the third year ²  of King Belshazzar’s reign, a vision appeared to me, Daniel, after the one that had appeared to me previously. ³ 

Then Moses ¹  and Elijah ²  also appeared before them, talking with him.

After this he appeared in a different form to two of them while they were on their way to the country.

An ¹  angel of the Lord, ²  standing on the right side of the altar of incense, appeared ³  to him.

The Lord appeared to Abram and said, “To your descendants ¹  I will give this land.” So Abram ²  built an altar there to the Lord, who had appeared to him.

God appeared to Jacob again after he returned from Paddan Aram and blessed him.

That night God appeared ¹  to Solomon and said to him, “Tell me ²  what I should give you.”

After Herod ¹  had died, an ²  angel of the Lord ³  appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt

while others were saying that Elijah ¹  had appeared, and still others that one of the prophets of long ago had risen. ² 

And tongues spreading out like a fire ¹  appeared to them and came to rest on each one of them.
