So on that day Moses wrote down this song and taught it to the Israelites,

Then ¹  he began to teach ²  them by saying:

The words of King Lemuel, ¹  an oracle ²  that his mother taught him:

They taught throughout Judah, taking with them the scroll of the law of the Lord. They traveled to all the cities of Judah and taught the people.

Then ¹  the apostles gathered around Jesus and told him everything they had done and taught.

From whom does he receive directions? ¹  Who ²  teaches him the correct way to do things, ³  or imparts knowledge to him, or instructs him in skillful design? ⁴ 

Instead they have followed the stubborn inclinations of their own hearts. They have paid allegiance to ¹  the gods called Baal, ²  as their fathers ³  taught them to do.

Then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets.’ ¹ 

He ¹  began to teach ²  in their synagogues ³  and was praised ⁴  by all.

And we speak about these things, not with words taught us by human wisdom, but with those taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual things to spiritual people. ¹ 

I do not turn aside from your regulations, for you teach me.

Yet it was I who led ¹  Ephraim, I took them by the arm; but they did not acknowledge that I had healed them. ² 

if indeed you heard about him and were taught in him, just as the truth is in Jesus.

It is written in the prophets, ‘And they will all be taught by God.’ ¹  Everyone who hears and learns from the Father ²  comes to me.

He seized the leaders ¹  of the city, along with some desert thorns and briers; he then “threshed” the men of Succoth with them. ² 

All your children will be followers of the Lord, and your children will enjoy great prosperity. ¹ 

So one of the priests whom they had deported from Samaria went back and settled in Bethel. ¹  He taught them how to worship ²  the Lord.

O God, you have taught me since I was young, and I am still declaring ¹  your amazing deeds.

Now on the topic of brotherly love ¹  you have no need for anyone to write you, for you yourselves are taught by God to love one another.

because he taught them like one who had authority, ¹  not like their experts in the law. ²
