Canaan was the father of Sidon – his firstborn – and Heth,

Canaan was the father of ¹  Sidon his firstborn, ²  Heth, ³ 

After going out from there, Jesus went to the region of Tyre ¹  and Sidon. ² 

But it will be more bearable for Tyre and Sidon in the judgment than for you!

and on to Ebron, ¹  Rehob, Hammon, and Kanah, as far as Greater Sidon. ² 

“Son of man, turn toward ¹  Sidon ²  and prophesy against it.

Zebulun will live ¹  by the haven of the sea and become a haven for ships; his border will extend to Sidon. ² 

The men of Asher did not conquer the people living in Acco or Sidon, ¹  nor did they conquer Ahlab, Aczib, Helbah, Aphek, or Rehob. ² 

No one came to the rescue because the city ¹  was far from Sidon ²  and they had no dealings with anyone. ³  The city ⁴  was in a valley near Beth Rehob. The Danites ⁵  rebuilt the city and occupied it.

He said, “You will no longer celebrate, oppressed ¹  virgin daughter Sidon! Get up, travel to Cyprus, but you will find no relief there.” ²
