Its branches reached the Mediterranean Sea, ¹  and its shoots the Euphrates River. ² 

There the border will turn from Azmon to the Brook of Egypt, and then its direction is to the sea. ¹ 

and all of Naphtali, the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, all the land of Judah as far as the distant ¹  sea,

The western border was the Mediterranean Sea. ¹  These were the borders of the tribe of Judah and its clans. ²

Fishermen will stand beside it; from Engedi to En-eglaim they will spread nets. They will catch many kinds of fish, like the fish of the Great Sea. ¹

I will remove the one from the north ¹  far from you. I will drive him out to a dry and desolate place. It then extended on to the sea, with Micmethath on the north. It turned eastward to Taanath Shiloh and crossed it on the east to Janoah.
