Joseph stored up a vast amount of grain, like the sand of the sea, ¹  until he stopped measuring it because it was impossible to measure.

For these past two years there has been famine in ¹  the land and for five more years there will be neither plowing nor harvesting.

And Aaron did so; he set up the lamps to face toward the front of the lampstand, as the Lord commanded Moses.

In the twenty-seventh year, in the first month, on the first day of the month, ¹  the word of the Lord came to me:

He measured the gateway from the roof of one alcove to the roof of the other, a width of 43¾ feet ¹  from one entrance to the opposite one.

Then he measured the wall of the temple ¹  as 10½ feet, ²  and the width of the side chambers as 7 feet, ³  all around the temple.

As for the outer wall by the side of the chambers, toward the outer court facing the chambers, it was 87½ feet ¹  long.

For the chambers on the outer court were 87½ feet ¹  long, while those facing the temple were 175 feet ²  long.

and the altar hearth, 7 feet, and from the altar hearth four horns projecting upward.
