You must offer up a cake of the first of your finely ground flour ¹  as a raised offering; as you offer the raised offering of the threshing floor, so you must offer it up.

For this is what the Lord God of Israel says, ‘The jar of flour will not be empty and the jug of oil will not run out until the day the Lord makes it rain on the surface of the ground.’”

He will provide as a grain offering an ephah for each bull, an ephah for each ram, and a gallon ¹  of olive oil for each ephah of grain. ² 

As he spoke, ¹  a Pharisee ²  invited Jesus ³  to have a meal with him, so he went in and took his place at the table. ⁴ 

It is like yeast that a woman took and mixed with ¹  three measures ²  of flour until all the dough had risen.” ³ 

Now ¹  one Sabbath when Jesus went to dine ²  at the house of a leader ³  of the Pharisees, ⁴  they were watching ⁵  him closely.

Every day ¹  they continued to gather together by common consent in the temple courts, ²  breaking bread from ³  house to house, sharing their food with glad ⁴  and humble hearts, ⁵ 

But the next morning, the second day of the new moon, David’s place was still vacant. So Saul said to his son Jonathan, “Why has Jesse’s son not come to the meal yesterday or today?”

And you ¹  will provide a grain offering with it morning by morning, a sixth of an ephah, and a third of a gallon ²  of olive oil to moisten the choice flour, as a grain offering to the Lord; this is a perpetual statute.

Then he washed his face and came out. With composure he said, ¹  “Set out the food.”

If your offering is a grain offering made in a pan, ¹  it must be made of choice wheat flour deep fried in olive oil. ² 

with one-tenth of an ephah ¹  of finely ground flour as a grain offering mixed with one quarter of a hin ²  of pressed olive oil.

So he brought him to his house and fed the donkeys. They washed their feet and had a meal. ¹ 

She brought it to Saul and his servants, and they ate. Then they arose and left that same night.

So the prophet went back with him and ate and drank in his house. ¹ 

So ¹  they went and found things ²  just as he had told them, ³  and they prepared the Passover.

he got up from the meal, removed ¹  his outer clothes, ²  took a towel and tied it around himself. ³ 

When they sat down to eat their food, they looked up ¹  and saw ²  a caravan of Ishmaelites coming from Gilead. Their camels were carrying spices, balm, and myrrh down to Egypt. ³ 

The whole community of Israel must observe it.

Then Jethro, Moses’ father-in-law, brought ¹  a burnt offering and sacrifices for God, ²  and Aaron and all the elders of Israel came to eat food ³  with the father-in-law of Moses before God.
