Children, it is the last hour, and just as you heard that the antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists ¹  have appeared. We know from this that it is the last hour.

As for me, I know that my Redeemer ¹  lives, and that as the last ²  he will stand upon the earth. ³ 

and I always ask ¹  in my prayers, if perhaps now at last I may succeed in visiting you according to the will of God. ² 

He was foreknown ¹  before the foundation of the world but ²  was manifested in these last times ³  for your sake.

Afterward ¹  it bites like a snake, and stings like a viper.

This is what the Lord, Israel’s king, says, their protector, ¹  the Lord who commands armies: “I am the first and I am the last, there is no God but me.
