Then I cut the second staff “Binders” in two in order to annul the covenant of brotherhood between Judah and Israel.

for God is not characterized by disorder but by peace. As in all the churches of the saints, ¹ 

Grace and peace to you ¹  from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ!

In him ¹  the whole building, ²  being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord,

And the fruit that consists of righteousness ¹  is planted ²  in peace among ³  those who make peace.

I urge you, brothers and sisters, ¹  by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to agree together, ²  to end your divisions, ³  and to be united by the same mind and purpose. ⁴ 

May the evil deeds of the wicked ¹  come to an end! ²  But make the innocent ³  secure, ⁴  O righteous God, you who examine ⁵  inner thoughts and motives! ⁶ 

It is like fine oil poured on the head which flows down the beard ¹  – Aaron’s beard, and then flows down his garments. ² 

It is like the dew of Hermon, ¹  which flows down upon the hills of Zion. ²  Indeed ³  that is where the Lord has decreed a blessing will be available – eternal life. ⁴ 

I am ¹  the one who forms light and creates darkness; ²  the one who brings about peace and creates calamity. ³  I am the Lord, who accomplishes all these things.

Salt ¹  is good, but if it loses its saltiness, ²  how can you make it salty again? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace with each other.”

The one who belongs to ¹  God listens and responds ²  to God’s words. You don’t listen and respond, ³  because you don’t belong to God.” ⁴ 

When they heard this, they raised their voices to God with one mind ¹  and said, “Master of all, ²  you who made the heaven, the earth, ³  the sea, and everything that is in them,

Now many miraculous signs ¹  and wonders came about among the people through the hands of the apostles. By ²  common consent ³  they were all meeting together in Solomon’s Portico. ⁴ 

so that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

so that there may be no division in the body, but the members may have mutual concern for one another.

For he is our peace, the one who made both groups into one ¹  and who destroyed the middle wall of partition, the hostility,

until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God – a mature person, attaining to ¹  the measure of Christ’s full stature. ² 

And what you learned and received and heard and saw in me, do these things. And the God of peace will be with you.
