¹ Moses told this ²  to the Israelites, but they did not listen to him ³  because of their discouragement ⁴  and hard labor.

The Lord said to Moses, “Pharaoh will not listen to you, so that my wonders ¹  may be multiplied in the land of Egypt.”

They supported ¹  the kingdom of Judah and were loyal to ²  Rehoboam son of Solomon for three years; they followed the edicts of ³  David and Solomon for three years.
