He stood between the dead and the living, and the plague was stopped.

She ¹  came up behind Jesus ²  and touched the edge ³  of his cloak, ⁴  and at once the bleeding ⁵  stopped.

Then Aaron returned to Moses at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and the plague was stopped.
