whom he poured out on us in full measure ¹  through Jesus Christ our Savior.

The clouds poured down rain; ¹  the skies thundered. ²  Yes, your arrows ³  flashed about.

He then poured some of the anointing oil on the head of Aaron and anointed him to consecrate him.

So Jacob set up a sacred stone pillar in the place where God spoke with him. ¹  He poured out a drink offering on it, and then he poured oil on it. ² 

when my steps ¹  were bathed ²  with butter ³  and the rock poured out for me streams of olive oil! ⁴

Finally ¹  the seventh angel ²  poured out his bowl into the air and a loud voice came out of the temple from the throne, saying: “It is done!”

“And now my soul pours itself out within me; ¹  days of suffering take hold of me.
