Abram continually journeyed by stages ¹  down to the Negev. ² 

They traveled from Rissah and camped in Kehelathah.

Then Israel traveled on and pitched his tent beyond Migdal Eder. ¹ 

From there they traveled to Gudgodah, ¹  and from Gudgodah to Jotbathah, ²  a place of flowing streams.

The Israelites journeyed ¹  from Rameses ²  to Sukkoth. There were about 600,000 men ³  on foot, plus their dependants. ⁴ 

The people traveled from Kibroth Hattaavah to Hazeroth, and they stayed at Hazeroth.

Abraham journeyed from there to the Negev ¹  region and settled between Kadesh and Shur. While he lived as a temporary resident ²  in Gerar,

and they started on their journey. ¹  The surrounding cities were afraid of God, ²  and they did not pursue the sons of Jacob.

They traveled from Hazeroth and camped in Rithmah.

They traveled from Moseroth and camped in Bene-jaakan.

They traveled from Jotbathah and camped in Abronah.

So the entire company of Israelites ¹  traveled from Kadesh and came to Mount Hor. ² 

Lot chose for himself the whole region of the Jordan and traveled ¹  toward the east. So the relatives separated from each other. ² 

But ¹  Jacob traveled to Succoth ²  where he built himself a house and made shelters for his livestock. That is why the place was called ³  Succoth. ⁴ 

They traveled on from Bethel, and when Ephrath was still some distance away, ¹  Rachel went into labor ²  – and her labor was hard.

But ¹  a Samaritan ²  who was traveling ³  came to where the injured man ⁴  was, and when he saw him, he felt compassion for him. ⁵ 

When the people ¹  moved eastward, ²  they found a plain in Shinar ³  and settled there.

Then they traveled on from Oboth and camped at Iye Abarim, ¹  in the wilderness that is before Moab, on the eastern side. ² 

They journeyed from Sukkoth and camped in Etham, on the edge of the desert.

They traveled from the Red Sea and camped in the wilderness of Zin.
