Better is open ¹  rebuke than hidden ²  love.

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision carries any weight – the only thing that matters is faith working through love. ¹ 

So Moses and Aaron took these men who had been mentioned specifically by name,

To whom ¹  did you utter these words? And whose spirit has come forth from your mouth? ² 

The Proverbs ¹  of ²  Solomon ³  son of David, ⁴  king of Israel: ⁵ 

For in him all the fullness of deity lives ¹  in bodily form,

Your throne, ¹  O God, is permanent. ²  The scepter ³  of your kingdom is a scepter of justice.

And you were at one time strangers and enemies in your ¹  minds ²  as expressed through ³  your evil deeds,

From the half tribe of Manasseh there were 18,000 who had been designated by name to come and make David king.

Joining them were Heman, Jeduthun, and the rest of those chosen and designated by name to give thanks to the Lord. (For his loyal love endures!) ¹

but of ¹  the Son he says, ²  “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, ³  and a righteous scepter ⁴  is the scepter of your kingdom.

But if you fulfill the royal law as expressed in this scripture, ¹  “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” ²  you are doing well.

King Solomon gave the queen of Sheba everything she requested, more than what she had brought him. ¹  Then she left and returned ²  to her homeland with her attendants.

The assembly brought a total of 70 bulls, 100 rams, and 200 lambs as burnt sacrifices to the Lord, ¹ 

I have listened to them very carefully, ¹  but they do not speak honestly. None of them regrets the evil he has done. None of them says, “I have done wrong!” ²  All of them persist in their own wayward course ³  like a horse charging recklessly into battle.
