Jesus ¹  went with him, and a large crowd followed and pressed around him.

But the chief priests stirred up the crowd to have him release ¹  Barabbas instead.

When he heard a crowd going by, he asked what was going on.

The crowd ¹  answered, “You’re possessed by a demon! ²  Who is trying to kill you?” ³ 

So there was a division in the crowd ¹  because of Jesus. ² 

As they were leaving Jericho, ¹  a large crowd followed them.

But when the crowd had been put outside, he went in and gently took her by the hand, and the girl got up.

Then ¹  someone from the crowd said to him, “Teacher, tell ²  my brother to divide the inheritance with me.”

When ¹  they came to the crowd, a man came to him, knelt before him,

When they came to the disciples, they saw a large crowd around them and experts in the law ¹  arguing with them.

Now Jesus’ ¹  mother and his brothers ²  came to him, but ³  they could not get near him because of the crowd.

But ¹  some of the Pharisees ²  in the crowd said to him, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples.” ³ 

A large crowd was following him because they were observing the miraculous signs he was performing on the sick.

The next day the large crowd that had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem. ¹ 

They caused confusion among ¹  the crowd and the city officials ²  who heard these things.

When Jesus entered the ruler’s house and saw the flute players and the disorderly crowd,

When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, ¹ 

His disciples said to him, “You see the crowd pressing against you and you say, ‘Who touched me?’”

Now ¹  when Jesus ²  had left the crowd and entered the house, his disciples asked him about the parable.

When the whole crowd saw him, they were amazed and ran ¹  at once and greeted him.
