the other ¹  two ends of the two chains you will attach to the two settings and then attach them ²  to the shoulder pieces of the ephod at the front of it.

You are to make two more ¹  gold rings and attach them to the bottom of the two shoulder pieces on the front of the ephod, close to the juncture above the waistband of the ephod.

and two braided chains of pure gold, like a cord, and attach the chains to the settings.

You are to cast four gold rings for it and put them on its four feet, with two rings on one side and two rings on the other side.

The Lord will certainly have compassion on Jacob; ¹  he will again choose Israel as his special people ²  and restore ³  them to their land. Resident foreigners will join them and unite with the family ⁴  of Jacob.

You are to make four rings of gold for it and attach ¹  the rings at the four corners where its four legs are. ² 

and you are to make for the breastpiece two gold rings and attach ¹  the two rings to the upper ²  two ends of the breastpiece.

You are to make two rings of gold and put them on the other ¹  two ends of the breastpiece, on its edge that is on the inner side of the ephod.

You are to attach to it a blue cord so that it will be ¹  on the turban; it is to be ²  on the front of the turban,

They attached to it a blue cord, to attach it to the turban above, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

“You are to make for the breastpiece braided chains like cords of pure gold,

You are to attach the two gold chains to the two rings at the ends of the breastpiece;

They made for the breastpiece braided chains like cords of pure gold,

I will put tendons ¹  on you and muscles over you and will cover you with skin; I will put breath ²  in you and you will live. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

You are to put the turban on his head and put the holy diadem ¹  on the turban.

May a curse attach itself to him, like a garment one puts on, ¹  or a belt ²  one wears continually!

You are to make a grating ¹  for it, a network of bronze, and you are to make on the network four bronze rings on its four corners.

“They must spread a blue cloth on the gold altar, and cover it with a covering of fine leather; and they must insert its poles.

Make ¹  one cherub on one end ²  and one cherub on the other end; from the atonement lid ³  you are to make the cherubim on the two ends.

They are to tie the breastpiece by its rings to the rings of the ephod by blue cord, so that it may be above the waistband of the ephod, and so that the breastpiece will not be loose from the ephod.
