Now ¹  when Jesus ²  approached ³  and saw the city, he wept over it,

Therefore be resolved ¹  not to rehearse ²  ahead of time how to make your defense.

Then he will show you a large furnished room upstairs. Make preparations there.”

His mother told the servants, “Whatever he tells you, do it.” ¹ 

(although Jesus himself was not baptizing, but his disciples were), ¹ 

“I have told you all these things so that you will not fall away. ¹ 

But understand this, that in the last days difficult ¹  times will come.

Now the Lord was going before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead them in the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, ¹  so that they could ²  travel day or night. ³ 

For my angel will go before you and bring you to the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, and I will destroy them completely. ¹
