The following events also occurred ¹  while the Babylonian forces ²  had temporarily withdrawn from Jerusalem ³  because the army of Pharaoh was coming.

Then ¹  a hand touched me and set me on my hands and knees. ² 

I will destroy the cities of your land, and tear down all your fortresses.

I will uproot your images of Asherah ¹  from your midst, and destroy your idols. ²
