I will give it to foreigners as loot, to the world’s wicked ones as plunder, and they will desecrate it.

Her princes ¹  are as fierce as roaring lions; ²  her rulers ³  are as hungry as wolves in the desert, ⁴  who completely devour their prey by morning. ⁵

They captured as plunder ¹  all their wealth, all their little ones, and their wives, including everything in the houses.
