Moab will be destroyed and no longer be a nation, ¹  because she has vaunted herself against the Lord.

(2:5) I looked again, and there was a man with a measuring line in his hand.

For ¹  he has raised up ²  a horn of salvation ³  for us in the house of his servant David, ⁴ 

But Peter helped him up, ¹  saying, “Stand up. I too am a mere mortal.” ² 

After he had gone through those regions ¹  and spoken many words of encouragement ²  to the believers there, ³  he came to Greece, ⁴ 

The flood engulfed the earth for forty days. As the waters increased, they lifted the ark and raised it above the earth.

He ¹  went out to relax ²  in the field in the early evening. ³  Then he looked up ⁴  and saw that ⁵  there were camels approaching.

You are to make the poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold, so that the table may be carried with them. ¹ 

The poles are to be put ¹  into the rings so that the poles will be on two sides of the altar when carrying it. ² 

He also made ¹  two gold rings for it under its border, on its two sides, on opposite sides, ²  as places ³  for poles to carry it with.

When Moses set up the tabernacle and put its bases in place, he set up its frames, attached its bars, and set up its posts.

He then put all of them on the palms ¹  of Aaron and his sons, who waved ²  them as a wave offering before the Lord. ³ 

You must offer up a cake of the first of your finely ground flour ¹  as a raised offering; as you offer the raised offering of the threshing floor, so you must offer it up.

And their meat will be yours, just as the breast and the right hip of the raised offering is yours.

Then Moses raised his hand, and struck the rock twice with his staff. And water came out abundantly. So the community drank, and their beasts drank too.

When Balaam lifted up his eyes, he saw Israel camped tribe by tribe; ¹  and the Spirit of God came upon him.

Like an eagle that stirs up ¹  its nest, that hovers over its young, so the Lord ²  spread out his wings and took him, ³  he lifted him up on his pinions.

When he finished speaking, he threw the jawbone down ¹  and named that place Ramath Lehi. ² 

In the middle of the night he was startled ¹  and turned over. ²  Now ³  he saw a woman ⁴  lying beside him! ⁵ 

Those who carried the ark of the Lord took six steps and then David ¹  sacrificed an ox and a fatling calf.
