¹ ‘I am pure, without transgression; I am clean ²  and have no iniquity.

Create for me a pure heart, O God! ¹  Renew a resolute spirit within me! ² 

Moved with compassion, ¹  Jesus ²  stretched out his hand and touched ³  him, saying, “I am willing. Be clean!”

Indeed, all the tables are covered with vomit; no place is untouched. ¹ 

If the man with a discharge spits on a person who is ceremonially clean, ¹  that person must wash his clothes, bathe in water, and be unclean until evening.

for on this day atonement is to be made for you to cleanse you from all your sins; you must be clean before the Lord. ¹ 

You must wash your clothes on the seventh day, and you will be ceremonially clean, and afterward you may enter the camp.’”

Like you eat the gazelle or ibex, so you may eat these; the ritually impure and pure alike may eat them.

The one whose deeds are blameless and whose motives are pure, ¹  who does not lie, ²  or make promises with no intention of keeping them. ³ 

The priest must then examine the scall on the seventh day, and if ¹  the scall has not spread on the skin and it does not appear to be deeper than the skin, ²  then the priest is to pronounce him clean. ³  So he is to wash his clothes and be clean.

The meat which touches anything ceremonially ¹  unclean must not be eaten; it must be burned up in the fire. As for ceremonially clean meat, ²  everyone who is ceremonially clean may eat the meat.

“‘When the man with the discharge becomes clean from his discharge he is to count off for himself seven days for his purification, and he must wash his clothes, bathe in fresh water, ¹  and be clean.

Where there are no oxen, the feeding trough is clean, but an abundant harvest is produced by strong oxen. ¹ 

The ¹  armies that are in heaven, dressed in white, clean, fine linen, ²  were following him on white horses.

The priest must then examine it again on the seventh day, ¹  and if ²  the infection has faded and has not spread on the skin, then the priest is to pronounce the person clean. ³  It is a scab, ⁴  so he must wash his clothes ⁵  and be clean.

Therefore you must distinguish ¹  between the clean animal and the unclean, and between the unclean bird and the clean, and you must not make yourselves detestable by means of an animal or bird or anything that creeps on the ground – creatures ²  I have distinguished for you as unclean. ³ 

“‘Then a man who is ceremonially clean must gather up the ashes of the red heifer and put them in a ceremonially clean place outside the camp. They must be kept ¹  for the community of the Israelites for use in the water of purification ²  – it is a purification for sin. ³ 

He must purify himself ¹  with water on the third day and on the seventh day, and so will be clean. But if he does not purify himself on the third day and the seventh day, then he will not be clean.

And the clean person must sprinkle the unclean on the third day and on the seventh day; and on the seventh day he must purify him, ¹  and then he must wash his clothes, and bathe in water, and he will be clean in the evening.

Now ¹  a leper ²  came to him and fell to his knees, asking for help. “If ³  you are willing, you can make me clean,” he said.
