I have spoken once, but I cannot answer; twice, but I will say no more.” ¹ 

As for me, I will wait continually, and will continue to praise you. ¹ 

Sing to the Lord accompanied by a harp, accompanied by a harp and the sound of music!

What is bent ¹  cannot be straightened, ²  and what is missing ³  cannot be supplied. ⁴ 

Do not cause me dismay! ¹  You are my source of safety in times of trouble.

Fill up then the measure of your ancestors!

And to all these ¹  virtues ²  add ³  love, which is the perfect bond. ⁴ 

Moreover, you must season every one of your grain offerings with salt; you must not allow the salt of the covenant of your God to be missing from your grain offering ¹  – on every one of your grain offerings you must present salt.

Now from these towns that you will give to the Levites you must select six towns of refuge to which a person who has killed someone may flee. ¹  And you must give them forty-two other towns.

And you must put olive oil on it and set frankincense on it – it is a grain offering.

But the righteous man holds to his way, and the one with clean hands grows stronger. ¹ 

After I had spoken, they did not respond; my words fell on them drop by drop. ¹ 

For they harass ¹  the one whom you discipline; ²  they spread the news about the suffering of those whom you punish. ³ 

Your instructions are totally reliable; all your just regulations endure. ¹ 

(Let the wise also ¹  hear ²  and gain ³  instruction, and let the discerning ⁴  acquire ⁵  guidance! ⁶ )

Listen, my child, ¹  and accept my words, so that ²  the years of your life will be many. ³ 

For because ¹  of me your days will be many, and years will be added ²  to your life.

The one who is wise in heart ¹  is called ²  discerning, and kind speech ³  increases persuasiveness. ⁴ 

All the nations are insignificant before him; they are regarded as absolutely nothing. ¹ 

Love does no wrong to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
