The Philistines were standing on one hill, and the Israelites ¹  on another hill, with the valley between them.

When the king extended to Esther the gold scepter, she ¹  arose and stood before the king.

As ¹  he was entering ²  a village, ten men with leprosy ³  met him. They ⁴  stood at a distance,

An adversary ¹  opposed ²  Israel, inciting David to count how many warriors Israel had. ³ 

Then a breath of air ¹  passes ²  by my face; it makes ³  the hair of my flesh stand up.

the young men would see me and step aside, ¹  and the old men would get up and remain standing;

The watery deep covered it ¹  like a garment; the waters reached ²  above the mountains. ³ 

The chief priests and the experts in the law ¹  were there, vehemently accusing him. ² 

So they took what Moses had commanded to the front of ¹  the Meeting Tent and the whole congregation presented them and stood before the Lord.

And they stood before Moses and Eleazar the priest and the leaders of the whole assembly at the entrance to the tent of meeting and said,

King David responded, ¹  “Summon Bathsheba!” ²  She came and stood before the king. ³ 

The combined wingspan of these cherubim was 30 feet. ¹  They stood upright, facing inward. ²

The chief adviser then stood there and called out loudly in the Judahite dialect, ¹  “Listen to the message of the great king, the king of Assyria.

So I prophesied as I was commanded, and the breath came into them; they lived and stood on their feet, an extremely great army.

Then ¹  the high priest stood up before them ²  and asked Jesus, “Have you no answer? What is this that they are testifying against you?”

As ¹  they were still staring into the sky while he was going, suddenly ²  two men in white clothing stood near them

When the cherubim ¹  stood still, the wheels ²  stood still, and when they rose up, the wheels ³  rose up with them, for the spirit ⁴  of the living beings ⁵  was in the wheels. ⁶ 

The people kept ¹  their distance, but Moses drew near the thick darkness ²  where God was. ³ 

The king said, “Turn aside and take your place here.” So he turned aside and waited.
